YOUR MENU

 Dear passengers, 

We will not leave you travelling without food of course! Our talented team of chefs have put together an amazing 3-course menu with a beverage pairing for the main course. Since we will be travelling via various cities in Europe they based their dishes on those cuisines. 

However, we have one problem.. The chefs cannot make it on time to board the train and thus we do not have the personnel available to cook for you! Our only solution: you have to prepare the dishes yourselves.

But this can be fun, right? Let us get you in the mood by presenting our menu! Of course recipes and a shopping list will follow, we won't leave you hanging like that!
